I’m Ashley, Founder and CEO of Ash The CEO Consultants.

I run a private consulting firm for women in the compliance industry who are ready to move beyond training and actually launch a profitable, structured business.

Most women I work with are not beginners.
They’ve already invested in courses, certifications, or service training—but they’re stuck. They know what the service is, yet they’re unclear on how to structure it, price it, stay compliant, and launch it correctly without wasting time or money.

That’s where my work begins.

My consulting focuses on strategic structure, compliance clarity, launch sequencing, and time-bound execution. I don’t offer vague advice or endless coaching. I help my clients make the right decisions, in the right order, so their business is built correctly from day one.

I’ve spent years working inside the compliance space—DNA testing, drug testing, fingerprinting, and related services—so I understand both the technical requirements and the business realities that come after certification. I also know the difference between being trained and being profitable.

Ash The CEO Consultants exists for women who are serious about execution, not experimentation. My role is to eliminate confusion, close gaps, and help clients launch with confidence, structure, and intention.
